Slight change of plans...

Now, I don't want to say that I am a quitter, but I am going to make a little revision to #23 (Go to the gym every day for a week... three times) and #24 (go to the gym three times per week for a solid month). I am still motivated to do these things, but well, I just quit the gym.

Trust me when I say that this is for the best, cause my gym is full of douche bags (and I am talking about the staff, not the clientele. Although...) BUT, I am determined to get through everything on this list, so from this point forward the list shall read "exercise" in place of "go to the gym".

And while we are on the subject, let's brag a bit. I have worked out TWICE in the last three days! This is nothing of note for some people, but for ME it's huge. I even impressed myself on Saturday when Andy and Chris (who was visiting from Maryland) decided it would be a great idea to all go running together.

So Andy decided to create a "shorter" run for us than he was originally planning (in the snow) and HOLY SHIT. I made it a full mile without stopping. Yes, I know there are 9 year olds out there who can run a mile, but I usually quit. Not this time. I didn't stop, even when it hurt. Small victories. They count.

So stay tuned for more "exercise" reports that do not include the gym.
